Ruixing Active Chinese Centre has taught the MOE syllabus for Secondary Chinese (Sec 1 to Sec 4) in Singapore since 2012, at our Bugis centre (116 Middle Road, #05-04 ICB Enterprise House, 5 minutes from Bugis MRT). All our teachers are university graduates with at least 6 years of local teaching experience, and teach bilingually so your child can ask questions in English when needed.
We run in-person group classes for every secondary level, capped at 6 students. 1-to-1 lessons are available at every level too, in-person or online, and online group classes (via Zoom) are capped at 20 students.
We also teach Higher Chinese at the secondary level, across all year levels — some as group classes, others as 1-to-1, depending on the level. Please contact us to confirm the arrangement for your child's specific year. See our Higher Chinese page for how the syllabus differs from regular Chinese.
For Sec 4 students, our lessons build toward the O-Level Chinese paper — comprehension, composition and oral. Exact exam dates and syllabus requirements change each year, so please check the official SEAB examination timetable and MOE syllabus documents for the current year.
